• Hotel check-in: 15:00 hours
• Hotel check-out: 12:00 hours

Please be advised that all guests including children staying at the Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf are required to present valid identification upon check-in which may be either a Passport or National ID.

Early Departures

100% of the booked period will be charged should a guest depart ahead of the booked date of departure. In case of advance payment, the amount will be non-refundable.

Late Check-out

• Until 12:00 hours: Complimentary.
• Thereafter: A full night charge will apply.

Cancellation

• Within 30 days prior to arrival
• All rooms cancelled and no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100%.

No Show Condition

In the event of a “no show” on the date of arrival, a 100% cancellation fee for all room nights booked will be applicable.
