Dr. Pascal Cassan, Emergency Physician in Paris, he is National Medical Advisor of the French Red Cross since 1990 and Head of the International Federation of Red Cross / Red Crescent Global First Aid Reference Centre since 2012. He is member of the French society in emergency medicine and the French society of disaster medicine. At the international level, he was involved in the international resuscitation and first aid guidelines in 2010, 2015 and 2020. Actually, he is member of the First Aid ILCOR Task Force for the 2025 process and coordinator of the 2025 IFRC Guidelines process.
