Dr. Mohamed Fadhel Ghouil is the Co-founder and Medical Manager of Mahdhyia Medical Services GMFASSISTANCE. He is an Emergency and Disaster Medicine Doctor with a Specialized Master’s degree in Sports Medicine. Dr. Mohamed Fadhel GHOUIL is also a certified BLS and ACLS Instructor with the American Heart Association (AHA) and a BLS and ALS Instructor with the European Resuscitation Council (ERC). Since 2020, he has been serving as a UN Medical Officer for the Libya-Tunisia region.
In addition to his instructional roles, Dr. Mohamed Fadhel GHOUIL serves as the Medical Director of the International Training Center for the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) and is an instructor in Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS).
Dr. Mohamed Fadhel GHOUIL has completed the Training of Trainers (TOT) program on the Minimum Initial Services Packages (MISP) for reproductive health in emergencies, facilitated by the UNFPA. He also holds an Operations Manager Diploma from the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) and an Emergency Trauma Course certificate from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
He is an Instructor for the EMERGO Train system at the KMC Center for Teaching & Research in Disaster Medicine and Traumatology in Linköping, Sweden.
From 2003 to 2018, Dr. Mohamed Fadhel GHOUIL managed and supervised training cycles for first aid trainers within the Tunisian Red Crescent. His previous roles include serving as a Trainer of Trainers in first aid (1992-2003) and the National Coordinator of World First Aid Day celebrations from 2003 to 2011.
Between 2018 and 2022, he held the position of General Secretary of the Tunisian Red Crescent. From 2001 to 2003, Dr. Mohamed Fadhel GHOUIL was the Lead Doctor for the National Commission of First Aid and Disaster Management with Young Doctors Without Borders (JMSF), and from 1995 to 2003, he was the Medical Supervisor of first aid at the Gabès Regional Committee of the Tunisian Red Crescent.
