Dr. Mahmoud Alwidyan is an Associate Professor of paramedicine at Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) since 2017. Dr. Alwidyan holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from JUST. Dr. Alwidyan, also, holds a master’s degree in Emergency Health Services from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), USA. Dr. Alwidyan holds a PhD in disaster science and management from the Disaster Research Center at the University of Delaware, USA. His current research interests include disaster health, disaster management, pre-hospital emergency care systems, and reporting to work during disease outbreaks.
