Ms. Husnia Karimi is Founder of She Medic First Aid Training Center and CO-Founder of Tamayouz Marketing Services

She is a seasoned First Aid Training, Human Resources and Development with work history that illustrates strong training and strategic management skills, a solid background in human resources and a career focused on delivering high levels of employment and training services. She is also a strong collaborative leader with the proven ability to build highly competent teams.

Husnia is certified as First Aid Instructor from American Safety & Health Institute also, she obtained her MBA majoring in Human Resources and Development from Washington International University, Washington DC, USA. She holds an international license in Occupational Testing from the University of Surrey, UK and ISO 9001:2008 – Lead QMS Auditor license from the Resource Inspections Canada Incorporated (RICI). Husnia is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), UK and Certified with Certificate of Personnel Practice (CPP). She is an Assessor and Internal Verifier of HRP and L&D Modules at CIPD Qualifications.  Moreover, she holds Professional Diploma – Train Of Trainers (TOT), Harvard Training College Affiliated by Ministry of Social Solidarity from Zone International Foundation Studies, Research and Sustainability Development, Egypt.

During her work career, she was awarded from the University of Bahrain in supporting and participation at “Career Hunters Program” and she was selected by University College of Bahrain to present on behalf of the University in the “Women in Leader- ship” during the event she was selected by Gulf Daily News to present one of the Bahraini Women on Women’s International Day. Gulf News dubbed Husnia by “The education guru” due to her knowledge and experience.
