Mr. Hamad Bukhelli obtained his MSc. in Healthcare Management from RCSI Dublin in 2022, and his BSc. in Paramedic Practice from Jordan’s University of Technology in 2012. Hamad has worked at the Military Hospital Ambulance Department since 2012 as a Paramedic, and then Senior Paramedic. He then founded the Ambulance Department at Mohammed Bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa Specialist Cardiac Centre (MKCC) and was appointed Head of the Department in 2019. In September 2023 Hamad was appointed as a Director of RMS Ambulance Services, which includes Military Hospital, MKCC, King Hamad University Hospitals (KHUH), and Abdulla Bin Khalid Al Khalifa Centre for Kidney Disease (ABK). Hamad has been accredited by the AHA & ASHI as an Instructor & Training Facility, he teaches ACLS, BLS, PALS, and PHTLS courses. He also initiated the program to train paramedics on the recognition of STEMI in Bahrain on a national scale. Hamad is a prominent member of Bahrain’s society and has launched several community outreach programs in First Aid and Cardiovascular Wellness.
